In January 2019, Vision Development and Management purchased the Shoppes at Alafaya Plaza near the nation’s 2nd largest college – University of Central Florida. This plaza is a 14,325 sq. foot shopping center located just down the road from UCF, drawing in an enormous amount of traffic.

We are pleased to announced that the Alafaya Plaza was SOLD this March 2021.
